House clearance
Probate properties often come full of the contents accumulated over a lifetime. Once the beneficiary and family have claimed the most valuable items it is down to the Executor to clear the house ahead of sale.
Our house clearance service will manage this process on your behalf, as we will clear and clean the house in order to achieve the highest possible price at the point of sale. We only work with professional house clearance teams, who are experts in vacant property removals, so that the service you receive is fast and without complication.
Please contact us to arrange for one of our teams to inspect the probate property in question. We will then perform a quote for the house clearance and, once agreed, we will get to work without delay.
